Central America Begins!

I am happy to report that I've begun a new journey...I'm currently in Costa Rica with Tara and we're catching a bus to Nicaragua this afternoon. There's lots of Costa Rica that we'd like to explore, but for now we'd like to learn some Spanish and Nicaragua seems like a great nearby place to do it, at very reasonable prices. We've also been looking into volunteer work there, most notably Tara found a place on a volcano island where there's potential to build tree houses.
